Work for Senior Infants and 1st Class, 11th-15th May

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well. Here are some suggestions of work for Senior Infants and First Class. Please don’t feel that everything must be completed, it is just a guide and we can only try our best.

This week's work is in the format of a daily timetable, however this may not work for everyone and feel free to continue with established routines that work best for you and your family. The worksheets uploaded with this post are optional, and if you do not have access to a printer they could be completed orally or draw/written in a copy or on a page. Resources like Epic! and Splash Learn, as well as online games suggested in the timetable are also optional, and you may prefer to use different sites like https://toytheater.com/, books or even toys at home.

We will continue to use seesaw as a resource, and everyone is doing incredibly well with this so far. The seesaw activities will be posted on Monday morning and can be completed by Friday. Work that is uploaded to seesaw can only be viewed by the class teacher. We understand that uploading work for every activity may not always be feasible and we do not want this to cause stress or anxiety for anyone, so please only post if and when it suits you. I completely understand that uploading completed work takes time and effort, as younger children need support when using this resource.

If you have any questions or concerns about this week's work, please do not hesitate to email me at ubyrne.bekanns@gmail.com.
